- Roles: The Services may include roles such as admin, school, instructor, and student. Available features and permissions vary by role.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, and included features will be presented during checkout.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method.
- Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time, and access will continue through the end of the current billing period.
- Taxes may apply and will be added as required by law.
4. Bookings, Lessons, and Cancellations
- Schools and instructors manage availability, lesson offerings, and pricing.
- Students may book or reschedule according to the policies set by their school or instructor, including any cancellation windows or fees.
- steerly is a platform provider and is not a party to the contract between a school/instructor and student.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with normal operation.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Respect others and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant steerly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
7. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., authentication, storage, analytics, payments). Your use of such services may be subject to their terms and policies.
